Responsibilities:
- Support deals and retainer agreements for our client’s boutique investment advisory firm.
- Collaborate with international clients, participating in transactions across the Asia-Pacific region, including the Philippines.
- Utilize strong communication skills to facilitate smooth interactions with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in document preparation, revisions, and the creation of compelling presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze and present financial data.
- Assist in the analysis of financial data and market trends to identify potential investment opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Commerce/Accounting or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the investment banking sector.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in document preparation and revisions, PowerPoint presentation creation, and advanced Excel skills.
- Previous to current experience in investment banking or being a Deal Executive is preferred.
