We are looking to hire a Medical Sourcing Specialist responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our client. This role involves utilizing various sourcing techniques, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage medical 4 roles provided from Sourcing to endorsement.
  • Each week to provide qualified and screened candidates to the client team.
  • Weekly connect and engagement with the Candidate Care Lead working the role.
  • Provide weekly reports using the pre-agreed template.
  • Review CV to determine the suitability of candidates based on qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates to gauge interest in job opportunities, discuss qualifications, and provide information about the organization and available positions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and recruitment team/hiring managers, including providing all necessary information and support.
  • Work closely and collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand specific role requirements, refine job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies.
  • Accurately document and track candidate interactions, feedback, and status changes in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or HR database.

Requirements

  • Senior level with solid and in-depth knowledge of talent sourcing in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare roles.
  • Experience in medical sourcing and interviewing from these countries US, UK, Ireland, Singapore, New Zealand and Australia.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing a high-quality candidate experience.
