Position Title:  Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Foster close collaboration with management and clients to understand present and future resource needs, ensuring effective candidate matching.
  • Proactively seek out qualified candidates to establish dynamic talent pools.
  • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments through interviews to gauge suitability.
  • Write and post technical job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Harness diverse sourcing platforms to enrich talent acquisition efforts.
  • Support new candidate onboarding procedures as necessary.
  • Maintain precise CRM documentation regarding company and client job opportunities.
  • Address consultant’s requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Strategize, schedule, and supervise tasks to meet quantity and time objectives.
  • Encourage synergy among stakeholders with aligned objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Pyschology, or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on IT/technical recruitment in a BPO/Outsourcing environment.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (Xray/Online Sourcing, Social Media, Referrals..)
  • Experience working with APAC clients (NZ, AU) an advantage.
  • Technical knowledge with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT Roles
  • Must have experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems such as JobAdder, Seek, LinkedIn.. etc.
  • Strong candidate and client management experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
