THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for developing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, be a creative problem solver, and have excellent communication skills.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing Salesforce solutions that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization's operations. You will also work closely with other departments to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure that deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.

DAY TO DAY YOU WILL:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, including customizations, integrations, and custom coding.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with other developers and technical teams to ensure the quality and integrity of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Assist in the testing and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Salesforce applications.

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU STANDOUT:

  • 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce solutions.
  • Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
