The Role
We are looking to hire a talented Full Stack engineer to help develop a new project and move a legacy system away from Ruby on Rails to newer technologies and enhancing it.
You should be a senior developer who has solid experience working with NodeJS, Typescript and PostgreSQL. You will be collaborating and recommending development improvements within the project.

On a typical day you will…
•    Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
•    Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment.
•    Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications.
•    Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software.
•    Collaborate with the rest of the team to design, build, and deploy new features and functionality.
•    Maintain code integrity and organization.
•    Ensuring the web applications are meeting clients’ or the company’s needs.
•    Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.

What we are looking for…
•    5+ years commercial experience in the development industry.
•    Proven work experience with NodeJS, Typescript and PostgreSQL. 2-3 years of solid experience with the said technologies.
•    Experience working with code versioning tools i.e., Git etc.
•    Excellent communication (in English) written and verbal. 
•    Has initiative, the ability to work, suggest options and development improvements. 
•    Ruby or Rails experience is a plus but not required.
