We are currently in need of a professional Salesforce Developer to design exceptional Salesforce applications for our evolving requirements. You will be working with talented developers and project managers, as well as architects for projects that would be beneficial for the company and its external clients. You must be adaptable and resourceful; willing to go beyond duties to propose solutions to challenges.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve meeting with project managers, analyzing project objectives, coding new Salesforce applications, creating customer workflows, maintaining user roles, and troubleshooting application errors. Ideally, you must have extensive experience with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, the ability to solve complex software problems, and can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications to meet the requirements of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business, functional, and high-level technical requirements from a variety of stakeholders.
  • Specify requirements for environment, data, resources, and tools. Identify what can be done with declarative configuration and what needs code.
  • Quickly develop proof of concept designs and play back to business.
  • Code, test, correct and document large and/or complex Salesforce features and/or Salesforce feature modifications.
  • Undertake operational support, development support, and maintenance activities (e.g. bugfix) as required.
  • Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. 
  • Meeting with project managers and software developers to determine Sales Force and CRM needs. 
  • Creating timelines and development goals to meet business’ needs.
  • Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts. 
  • Resolving salesforce challenges and recommend solutions.  

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, IT Programming or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years Salesforce development experience in a commercial environment.
  • At least 4 years Salesforce development experience in a commercial environment.
  • In Service Cloud, exposure to APEX-defined skills-based routing is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated admin experience with all aspects of declarative configuration.
  • Demonstrated technical experience with APEX, Aura, LWC and JavaScript (ES6).
  • Experience with Aura to LWC migration is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing Salesforce integrations with REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with dev tools such as VSCode, Git and Jira.
  • Experience working in a team, deploying via change sets through a multi-tier sandbox environment.
  • Experience in a multi-brand Salesforce organization is highly regarded.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent problem solving and strong analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and as an effective member of a team.
  • Superior consultative, negotiation, and communication skills to clearly express, influence, and support business outcomes.
